All fitness room users must be at least 14 years of age, have a valid driver’s license or photo ID (photo ID for those w/o a driver's license only) and attend a scheduled fitness orientation class.Children under the age of 18 must report to the Family Life Center registration desk with their parent as the parent shows proper ID.

The fitness orientation is approximately 45 minutes long in a classroom setting. The orientation is designed to inform you of safety and insurance guidelines,introduce you to our facilities equipment and fitness options. Safe practices will be covered to increase your knowledge of strength and cardio training and to insure your comfort with taking the next step in your fitness journey.

PLEASE ARRIVE NO LESS THAN 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS TO FINALIZE PAPERWORK AND TO GET YOUR PICTURE TAKEN FOR YOUR ID CARD.Any questions, please call 636-296-7729 ext. 101.
